My husband passed away, at the age of 46, after a two year battle with cancer. Highly recommend Grogan Law. We had a nightmare issue with our insurance company during the Texas freeze and issues with our Public Adjuster. Don’t ever go with a public adjuster, call Eric first. He took all of our questions with grace and professionalism.

Our insurance provider refused to pay a claim for replacing our roof after a hail storm caused damages in 2021. We had been a loyal client for twenty years, in good standing throughout, and had only made one claim before against our policy in that entire time. We found Grogan Law on the Internet and contacted them via their portal. The next day, Eric (Grogan) set up time for us to discuss the case over the phone, asked to see our documentation to review offline, and got back to us in a day or two on what options made sense for us. All these preparatory steps were free of charge and done as a courtesy for a potential client. We opted to retain Eric to represent us and if needed, take the insurance company to court. We found Eric to be courteous in his interactions, providing updates frequently, knowledgeable of Insurance laws, and perhaps most importantly, as someone who could get results.
